COACH | FLYNN WINSTANLEY
Raw. Technical. Obsessed.
My coaching style: It's about the energy, the mechanics, and the grind. Real swimming isn't polite, it's about stripping away the bad habits and finding a new way to move through the water that actually works. It's not about chasing perfection. It's about finding efficiency in the chaos.

About Precision Swimming
Efficiency. Technique. Results.
Most adult swimming programs focus on "working harder." Precision Swimming focuses on working smarter.
Speed doesn't come from fighting the water, it comes from mastering it. The philosophy is built on Drag Reduction over Power Generation. The goal is to strip back the stroke, fix inefficiencies, and rebuild a swimming style that is smooth, sustainable, and fast.
Bridging the gap between "surviving a lap" and "training for performance."
