Most adult swimming programs focus on "working harder." Precision Swimming focuses on working smarter.

Speed doesn't come from fighting the water, it comes from mastering it. The philosophy is built on Drag Reduction over Power Generation. The goal is to strip back the stroke, fix inefficiencies, and rebuild a swimming style that is smooth, sustainable, and fast.

Two distinct training streams available to suit specific experience levels.

🌊 Adult Learn-to-Swim

For those building confidence or starting from scratch.

  • Focus: Water safety, breathing mechanics, and body position.
  • Structure: 8-Week Progressive Program (Weekly Debit).
  • Outcome: Go from "anxious in deep water" to swimming continuous laps of Freestyle with ease.
  • Environment: Small groups, high support, zero pressure.

⚡️ Performance Squad

For lap swimmers, triathletes, and open-water enthusiasts.

  • Focus: Stroke correction, aerobic fitness, and pacing strategies.
  • Options: Class Packs or Flexible Memberships available.
  • Outcome: Increase cruising speed while lowering heart rate.
  • The Difference: This isn't just "following a black line." Expect real-time technical feedback and structured sets designed to build the engine.
